Crossing Lines

A collaboration between London Independent Photography & the Centre for Urban & Community Research at Goldsmiths College.

Crossing Lines arose from the interest created by CUCR’s ‘Urban Encounters’ conferences & a recognition that an attempt at linking the concerns & priorities of the photographers of LIP & the studies in urban cultures of CUCR would promote a cross-fertilization of ideas & practice such that it would suggest fresh ways of investigation & productive collaborations.

Crossing Lines met for the first time in January 2010. It now meets regularly on the third Tuesday of each month at Goldsmiths College.
