Following on from our Crossing Lines meeting, I attended the Manchester Modernist Society housewarming party…

We were shown two interesting films, one from the North West Archive by Michael Goodger called ‘Salford – The Other Side’, and the YouTube film below. They certainly provided some interesting food for thought for those of us interested in regeneration, poverty, community, memory etc.

Also, on the 13th March, Chris, Graeme and I are going to attempt our first mapping exercise in Manchester… details to be finalised, and it will form a sort of practice run.
I will keep you posted…

We then hope to organise a similar exercise in London over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend…
